At SkiWerks, we offer a number of different tuning packages for whatever your skiing or riding level is. If you want something specific or you don’t see what you’re looking for, we can definitely put something custom together for you. Please don’t hesitate to let us know what you need.

BASIC CRYSTAL TUNE

Skis $80 | Snowboards $85

Our standard level Crystal Tune is a high level tune that will get you on the hill in any snow conditions and get maximum performance from your equipment.

  • Skis and boards are assessed, cleaned up and made ready for the Montana
  • We then put the skis and boards, through a precision stone grind, side and base edge sharpen, bevel, and polish
  • We finish by applying a high quality universal wax, brushed, and ready to rip!

ELEVATED TUNE

Skis & Snowboards $105

The perfect tune for the detail oriented skier who is keen to keep equipment in top shape, and who is seeking maximum performance. This tune follows the basic Crystal Tune with additional attention to detail includes:

  • We make any minor base repairs, add base conditioning, sidewall refresh where necessary
  • We add a upgraded performance base structure
  • Base and side edge bevel to your request
  • Base conditioner post grind
  • We finish by applying a high quality universal wax, brushed, and ready to rip! (Specific wax upon request may cause price increase)

RECREATIONAL SEASON TUNE

Skis & Snowboards $249

We recommend our Recreational Season Pass for skiers and riders who get the most out of a ski season. More time on the hill requires more tunes and touch ups. If you are on the snow most weekends, this is the best deal for you.

  • One Crystal Rock tune at the start of your season
  • Two mid-season Crystal Rock grinds
  • Three Express Edge & Wax refreshes throughout the season

EXPRESS EDGE AND WAX

Skis & Snowboards $55

EXPRESS EDGE & WAX. If you have had your equipment tuned by us between October and December, you are encouraged to bring your boards back for a “refresh.”

This is an assessment base tune where we will recommend to what degree the equipment should be put back on the machine and at what frequency. This tune will also include an edge clean up, recondition, and wax.

SkiWerks RACE TUNE

Skis & Snowboards $140

We recommend our race tune for high performance skiers and racers who recognize the importance of a detailed, precision based set up for their respective equipment.

NEW SKIS

  • Full sidewall preparation, base clean & condition, precision edge beveling and advanced race structure.
  • Post grind, bases are conditioned, cleaned and prepared for base wax
  • Post base wax, we apply some “secret sauce” and let sit overnight 
  • Apply performance universal or requested wax 
  • Brush and polish

EXISTING RACE SKIS

  • We will asses with customer at time of drop off and devise the appropriate plan.
  • Some steps may require less or more attention upon examination.
  • We will determine final cost based on assessment with you.
